By downloading, installing, or using Ride The Urge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
Ride The Urge is a wellness application designed to help users manage urges through guided breathing exercises, visualization techniques, and cognitive games. The app provides tools for:
IMPORTANT: Ride The Urge is a wellness tool, NOT a medical device or treatment.
By using this app, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Ride The Urge. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Subscription Plans:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

All content, features, and functionality of Ride The Urge, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
